At Ready, Pup, Go!, our mission is to guide future pet owners through the rewarding yet challenging journey of puppy parenthood. With statistics showing that approximately 20% of adopted puppies are returned or rehomed due to unmet expectations or unforeseen challenges (ASPCA, 2019), we aim to reduce rehoming rates and curb future behavior issues through comprehensive consultation and early education. By providing one-on-one coaching throughout the first year of a puppy’s life, we equip pet owners with the knowledge and support they need to raise well-adjusted, happy dogs. Ready, Pup, Go! is committed to creating stronger bonds between humans and their canine companions, one puppy at a time.

Joyful Dog works one-on-one and in group classes with people and their dogs, teaching fun ways to live together with force-free tools and techniques for creative communication. We provide training in basic manners, behavioral problem-solving, puppy socialization, and a variety of special interests. Our positive approach includes Connection, Cooperation, and Control™, a curriculum founded on Suzanne Clothier’s Relationship Centered Training techniques, and Tellington TTouch® methods of body work and movement, to help dogs achieve physical and behavioral balance. We serve an online clientele, as well as in-person in Leesburg, Loudoun and western Fairfax counties in Virginia.

Brittany Fulton has contributed to a rewarding human/animal bond through positive reinforcement training for more than ten years. She has a degree from the University of Oregon in psychology with an emphasis on animal behavior. She also has Certification in Training and Counseling from the Academy for Dog Trainers. Brittany's business, Dances with Dogs, serves the Washington, D.C. metro area. She offers day training and private sessions to you in your home. Brittany can help you and your dog with basic obedience, puppy training, reactivity, and aggression. She specializes in helping clients with fear and reactivity issues.

Hi! I'm Aimee, the dog trainer and owner/operator behind It's a Dog's World SF Dog Training. I started as a group dog walking business in 2007. In 2009, I became a certified dog trainer after graduating with honors from The Academy for Dog Trainers at the SF SPCA, taught by the world-renowned Jean Donaldson. Since then, I have been working and helping dogs and their humans for thousands and thousands and thousands of hours. Having trained in San Francisco for so long also means that I know and understand this market. Specializing in solo R+ walks, on leash (long lead) for dogs experiencing reactivity and animal communication techniques to assist in understanding your dogs behavioral patterns and individual needs. This approach leads to an outcome of people who feel confident and safe navigating the world with their dogs. Walks are enrichment focused allowing them to use their brain and senses to unwind. For my clients who are actively working with an R+ trainer I am in regular contact with that trainer to support you and your dog’s training journey.
