General training and good manners are reinforced with positive training techniques. I have assisted in training classes and puppy socials and worked at a dog day care. I only board dogs that are enrolled in my daily group walks. I walk dogs of all shapes and sizes even though my profile says I only walk small dogs. I don't know how that happened or how to change it.
