In 2000, as the creator of Give a Dog a Bone, Corinne pioneered environmental enrichment for dogs in long term shelter care. In developing and managing her program, she gained invaluable experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, dogs with diverse behavior issues, and dogs who simply needed a leg up to rejoin their community. Using force free, science based training, Corinne wants to see your dog learn with enthusiasm and enjoyment. She does one-on-one training, coaching, socialization, behavior consults, and outings for those dogs who find their world challenging. I started Rad Rover because I want to help those who want to do better for their dogs who wouldn't otherwise have access to this kind of support. Compassion for people wanting to do better for their dogs is just as important as compassion for our animals. Using trauma informed care strategies that I previously learned and used while working in nonprofit housing, I aim to help educate and build relationships with people about their dogs needs. Constant Companion, LLC was born in 2006. It is the culmination of several years of dreaming it, developing it, and seeing it to fruition. I am a lifetime dog guardian and dog lover. I currently share my home with my husband, 5 shelter dogs, 30 chickens, and 3 sheep. I have experience with all creatures great and small. I have a 30 year career in pharmacy, 8 years experience as a veterinary technician, and a lifetime of caring for animals. I've worked with shelter dogs for 12 years and have experience with a variety of breeds and temperaments. I am also a Peaceable Paws Affiliate and will complete my PMCT (Pat Miller Certified Trainer) credential in 2022.
