Newman's Dog Training, Walking and Pet Sitting has been serving the Kansas City Metro since 2011. Owner, Jena Newman, is a former zookeeper who trained exotics like elephants, sea lions, gorillas and more. After her time at the KC Zoo she decided to take her training into dog clients homes and created NDT. We specialize in private dog training and online classes only using positive reinforcement methods. We also offer dog walking and pet sitting in Kansas City.

My name is Juliana and Pawsome Pupstars Dog Training is my private business. I was a dog walker before becoming a dog trainer. I am CPDT-KA and Fear Free certified. I am located in Brooklyn, NY. I offer a combination of virtual and in-person dog training services depending on the needs of the dogs and their guardians.

We offer group and private lessons for all ages & breeds. You'll participate in socialization, fun and education. We DO NOT offer punishment-based training including the use of e-collars. Groups classes coach you and your dog on how to work as a team. Topics include Puppy Manners, Adult Manners, Agility, Rally, Tricks, Rally FunGility, AKC FIT DOG, Scentwork, Fetch! and Therapy Dog. Can't attend a regularly scheduled group class? Is your pup too shy or lively to work around other dogs? Private lessons can be scheduled either at our facility or your home. Lessons available for both Puppies and Adult dogs.

Sage Dog Training was born from over a decade of hands-on rescue work and a deep commitment to advocating for dogs in need. After years of fostering and rehabilitating dogs with behavioral challenges, the work evolved into a certified dog training practice. Great Companions offers force-free, positive reinforcement training, mostly using the clicker, to help people and their dogs develop great communication skills and trust. In addition to private lessons, Great Companions offers classes in Puppy Manners, Foundations, Advanced Manners, Canine Good Citizen, Rally, Agility, Scent Work, Reactive Dog Class, Tricks, Treiball, Confidence Building, Parkour, and other specialty classes. Class size is small to maximize individual attention.

Dog Speak Services is owned and operated by Julia Alexander, KPA-CTP. Julia is a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner (KPA-CTP), having graduated with distinction. She focuses on how to help you help your dog succeed, keeping things as simple as possible, and flexibility. My goal is to reduce your stress and help you achieve your goals! I'm excited to chat with you about how we can get you on the road to happiness!

Alyssa got her start pet-sitting then moved into working at a boarding and daycare facility managing play groups and taking dogs for off leash hike. She got a taste for dog behavior and never stopped seeking more knowledge. Alyssa has worked within the shelter world for upwards of 5 years, educating the public, the volunteers and the staff on safe animal care, animal welfare and enrichment and basic training principles. She enjoys working with dogs as they transition into new families or work through fear and confidence issues. Alyssa is very familiar with behavior challenges like fear, reactivity and aggression.
