Hi! I’m a positive reinforcement dog trainer! I am CPDT-KA certified as well as having 2 college degrees in canine science and assistance dog education (service dogs!). My passion is dog training and I’m able to help you and your dog work through behavioral issues like excessive barking, pulling on leash, recall. If you just got a puppy I absolutely adore teaching fundamental basic life skills, obedience, potty training and more! I am also able to do service dog and therapy dog training.

After nearly 30 years teaching high school, I retired to work with animals. I am certified through Animal Behavior College as a Dog Walker, Pet Sitter, and Zookeeper Assistant. I am also a Certified Dog Trainer through Petco. I have two small dogs, a 12-year-old Spitz and a 3-year-old Border Terrier. I’ve been a pet mom for the past 25 years of both dogs and cats. I have also owned fish, mice, hamsters, and a rat. I LOVE animals, and I will care for yours as my own.

I have an extensive background in the shelter and rescue world, and am also very passionate about purebred dogs, breed-specific behavioral traits, and helping urban dogs find activities that ignite their genetic strengths and talents. Hi I'm Jenn, a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (Knowledge Assessed) with a background in Neurobiology, Physiology, Animal Behavior, and Veterinary Medicine- I was *almost* a doctor. Now I am a PetLife coach, teaching animals and people how to coexist harmoniously at home, in public, and especially at the vet's. When caregivers work together, animals win!
