I have loved animals all my life and feel a connection to dogs in particular. I have been training dogs professionally for 25 years and have been active in the rescue/shelter world for 30 years. I teach owners how to work with their dogs in a positive, fear-free environment and enhance the bond they have with their dog through consistent feedback and reinforcement. I work with dogs of all ages and breeds and have extensive knowledge with dogs that have behavioral concerns. On the flip side, I become the student when I attend workshops and seminars to learn new training methods. Manda's Ark focuses on dog boarding and dog walking in Napa, Ca. We do provide cat sitting visits but on a limited basis. We board dogs of all sizes, only a few at a time to ensure everyone gets all the love and attention they need/want! The dogs in our care become part of our family and are treated just as our own two spoiled pups are!
