Ren is a professional dog trainer and behavior consultant, specializing in dog reactivity, fearful dogs, puppies, and separation anxiety. She is a Certified Behavior Consultant Canine Knowledge Assessed (CBCC-KA), a Certified Fear Free Professional., and a Certified Separation Anxiety Trainer (CSAT). We have fostered over 150 dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds, offering behavior modification for rescue dogs that need help in order to become adoptable. Hi! I'm Lorelei, the trainer behind BarkSmart Dog Training. I've always loved animals and have spent years learning about animal behavior and training. I completed two years of animal behavior coursework and have hands-on experience training dogs and other animals. My approach is positive, reward-based, and focused on understanding the individual dog rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. I work with puppies and adult dogs on obedience, leash skills, socialization, confidence, fear/anxiety, and mild reactivity. My goal is to help dogs succeed while giving their people practical tools they can use every day.
