I’ve been working with dogs as a hobby for over 20 years. I grew up training my first dog in both obedience and agility, and I currently have three rescue dogs of my own. I love dogs, cats, and critters of all kinds! Wondering about the name? Gambit was one of my former dogs who has since crossed the rainbow bridge. Whenever she was being naughty, I would jokingly say “dog Gambit!” to her.

We are the connellys. I’m Jen. Stay at home mom and pet obsessed. My husband, Matt, is a truck driver and loves hanging out with our fur friends when he’s home. We have one 12 year old princess, our daughter, mckayla, who all of this was born from. We watch pets to help pay her competition dance fees. We all love pets and have two pups of our own. Our 4 year old goldendoodle, Mia, and our 7 year old jack russel, Toby. We have a 1/3 acre privacy fenced backyard and though our house is small, it’s filled with everything a dog could want or need. They have full run of our home and we make sure they have the best possible stay!

Hi! I’ve been working in the petcare industry since 2017 and started Furry Best Friend SF in January of 2024. I reside in the Richmond district and service all over San Francisco for dog walks, pet drop ins, and pet sitting. I do offer pet sitting in north and east Bay for extended prices. Weekends Only. I can help with one-on-one Dog Walks in San Francisco and Pet Sitting in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am also happy to work as a dog handler/au pair at a special event. Heidi started swiShing tails dog training in 2019, bringing 8 years of experience of working with dogs. Heidi provides walking in SF, and boarding and training in SF & the peninsula. She also teaches agility, and competes with both her border collie and beagle in agility and rally. She only uses positive reinforcement and science-based methods in dog training and walking, which is why her canine clients are always excited to go out and play.

I have always had a deep love and passion for dogs. Their loyalty, companionship, and unconditional love have always fascinated me. So, it was only natural for me to turn my passion into a business. Twelve years ago, I decided to start a dog walking business. I wanted to provide a reliable and trustworthy service for pet owners who needed someone to care for their furry friends when they couldn’t be there themselves. I focused on building my credibility and knowledge. I attended dog training and behavior classes to understand how to handle different breeds and temperaments. Additionally, I obtained certifications in pet first aid and CPR to ensure I could provide the necessary care.

Diane Corso of Prosh Pets offers small off-leash playgroups at dog-friendly parks twice daily, as well as dog sitting in the client's home for regular playgroup clients. She was certified back in 2013 by Dog*Tec (now Dog*Biz) and is current on Pet First Aid. Additionally, she teaches certification classes for San Francisco Dog Walkers.

Modern Hound is owned and operated by Shoshi Parks, Ph.D., CPDT-ka, CSAT. Shoshi is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) and a Certified Separation Anxiety Trainer (CSAT). She completed the San Francisco SPCA's Dog Training Internship Program and Public Teaching Internship and is certified by the Canine Behavior Academy of the Marin Humane Society. In addition to her private dog training, Shoshi taught for several years at the San Francisco SPCA and continues to teach at other locations around the city. Shoshi also works with high-risk dogs adopted from the Humane Society of Silicon Valley.
