Fourteen years later, my team and I are ever grateful to have supported hundreds of pet owners, and made some life long friendships along the way. From Daycare support seven days a week, and Boarding overnight three hundred and sixty five a year, my passionate team is ready to support with your requested needs. Hi, there! I am a CPDT-KA credentialed, Fear-Free Certified dog trainer living and practicing out of San Francisco. I have an extensive background in the shelter and rescue world, and am also very passionate about purebred dogs, breed-specific behavioral traits, and helping urban dogs find activities that ignite their genetic strengths and talents. I am proud to use only rewards-based, motivational training methods. I train in a way that is fluid, exciting, and highly engaging, ensuring that every dog I work with WANTS to learn. My special areas of interest include puppy development, leash skills, reactivity, fears and sensitivities, cooperative care, scentwork, and general household skills.

After nearly 30 years teaching high school, I retired to work with animals. I am certified through Animal Behavior College as a Dog Walker, Pet Sitter, and Zookeeper Assistant. I am also a Certified Dog Trainer through Petco. I have two small dogs, a 12-year-old Spitz and a 3-year-old Border Terrier. I’ve been a pet mom for the past 25 years of both dogs and cats. I have also owned fish, mice, hamsters, and a rat. I LOVE animals, and I will care for yours as my own.

Bay Area Doggie Adventures is a premium off-leash beach hike program for well-rounded dogs established in 1991 and under new management as of 2021. Pack leader Danny treats his pack members as his family and ensures the utmost safety, fun and socialization for your fur baby. Hikes take place along the San Francisco Coastline, all walkers are properly permitted, bonded and insured.

Brittany Fulton has contributed to a rewarding human/animal bond through positive reinforcement training for more than ten years. She has a degree from the University of Oregon in psychology with an emphasis on animal behavior. She also has Certification in Training and Counseling from the Academy for Dog Trainers. Brittany's business, Dances with Dogs, serves the Washington, D.C. metro area. She offers day training and private sessions to you in your home. Brittany can help you and your dog with basic obedience, puppy training, reactivity, and aggression. She specializes in helping clients with fear and reactivity issues.

I have always loved animals and since I could remember I was wanting to work alongside animals. My first job when I was just 16 was working in an animal clinic. While I learned a lot and had many experiences, it was a little sad that most of these animals were sick. My introduction to walking dogs professionally came from my employment with A Girl and Your Dog.

Hello! I have been servicing San Francisco since 2003. I am an R+ walker and I am certified in dog CPR and first aid. I do small groups- no more than 6 at a time-usually less. I do on leash walking only. I offer group walks and time permitting, solo walks. I also do drop-in visits for cats and dogs .I specialize in seniors, with a group dedicated to them so we can go at their pace. I take dogs that are 40 lbs and under, they must know basic commands, and how to walk properly on leash.

Dog Grrl was started in 1997 by owner and operator Jenny Test. Dog Grrl thrived and grew into a doggie daycare space in San Francisco that offered small dog daycare, puppy socials with classes with Smarty Pup and a BnB style boarding facility in Healdsburg California. As the business grew so did the desire to help dogs overcome their fears and anxieties so Jenny went to the Academy for Dog Trainers offered at the SPCA and taught by Jean Donaldson.
