Hi there! My name is Erik Grow and I've been a dog care professional since 2008, having first worked for other pet care businesses in Marin and San Francisco. I have owned and operated The Good Life Dog Care since 2012, with a sabbatical from 2019 to 2021. I put the safety of your pets above all other concerns, followed next by exercise and socialization. We do a mix of off-leash and on-leash walking so as to make sure all the dogs get enough exercise. It's important to know that your dog is having a good time, so I take pictures and videos during the walk to share on our Instagram page. I have over 20 years experience working with animals, including 5 working in an animal shelter. I have experience with reactive, shy/fearful, and jumpy/mouthy dogs. I am committed to Fear-Free handling and love watching animals getting to be themselves.

Truth is I love dogs! Big, small, furry, bald, stinky or clean I love them all. I will cherish each as my own. I am just staring out and would love to start by walking them, then possible dog sitting in my home. I have owned a bulldog, and cocker spaniel in my life so far. I am pet free at the current time.
