SF RUFF RUN focuses on maintaining a pack that has routine and trust! We look for consistent, reliable, long-term pack members, who are eager to have fun/exercise and go on daily adventures with their “second” family:) we offer off-leash pack hikes/walks, as well as daycare. I am located in Mill Valley and service Mill Valley and Sausalito for my pack walks. The pack walks 1 hour off-leash walks and adventures in parks and beaches nearby. I also offer pet-sitting and boarding Fridays after 12:30 until Sunday night if you live outside of Marin. I started Salty Paws SF in 2023 after working for another dog walking business for about a year and a half. I also walked for another company called Luck Dog from 2007-2009.

My business started in 2013 in Cole Valley but I also offer my services in the surroundings areas. I have excellent references and I can provide them upon request. My walks consist of small groups (usually three dogs at a time) with different schedules according to what it is requested. We go for a 60-minute walk after each dog is picked up. This gives them time to do their business, exercise and socialize with other dogs.

We have thousands of playgroup walks under our belts learning the in's and out's of dog behavior, safe handling, positive reinforcement training, dog park etiquette, and adorable picture taking! Our pups enjoy off leash walks in a beautiful private fenced acreage lot with occasional visits to Funston! As of 2019 my wife Vanessa officially joined Happy Scamper making us a family run business with 16 years combined experience. I started dogsitting over 20 years ago and became a professional dogwalker when I moved to San Francisco in 2013. I opened Skalliwags Pet Care in 2015 and it's been pure joy getting paid for what I love to do! I do 2 group walks/beach hikes a day that our minimum 60 min each.
