Expert service dog training for life-changing results! Would a service dog improve your life or that of your family member? We can help you find and select the right dog, then train your dog, to meet its highest potential as your canine assistant. We provide online service dog training throughout the US, with both group and private lessons, taught LIVE with a trainer providing individualized coaching. We also offer private lessons, day training, and board-and-train in Hadley, MA, and the Pioneer Valley.

We strive to provide a comprehensive approach that combines an understanding of applied animal behavior, genetics, the dog's history, the impact of health and nutrition, and the dog's needs to provide realistic solutions to behavior problems. We aim to empower individuals to understand, train, and care for their dogs in a compassionate and cooperative manner. We believe that educating our clients is as much a part of training as working with their dogs. We are committed to pursuing ongoing education to ensure we are using the most humane, effective techniques.

Polite Pooches offers group classes and private training sessions utilizing positive reinforcement, force free methods only. We offer puppy classes through advanced manners. All private sessions & group classes are held at our safe, quiet, clean training center in Forest Hill, MD. All of our trainers have achieved at least their CPDT-KA certification. We teach using humane methods, and go at a pace each dog is comfortable with.
