BADDogsInc offers group and private training at our facility in Corona. Founder Barbara Davis, CDBC, CPDT-KA specializes in working directly with families to resolve the most complex dog behavior problems, including aggression, anxiety, fear and others. Most services available in person or online. House calls are available. Our team members are required to attend at least 50 hours each year of continuing education programs to help ensure we bring you the most complete and up-to-date training programs available!

I specialize in using reward-based techniques to help families with dogs that are considered difficult, whether it is dog-dog aggression, resource guarding, aggression towards humans, reactivity to objects, noises, fearful/shutdown dogs. I also work with dogs that have had a bite history. In addition, I have a SmartPuppy Program that helps you grow puppies into smart, confident dogs and prevent many issues rather than fix them later. I use games, toys and food to train with fun and kindness.

I have loved animals all my life and feel a connection to dogs in particular. I have been training dogs professionally for 25 years and have been active in the rescue/shelter world for 30 years. I teach owners how to work with their dogs in a positive, fear-free environment and enhance the bond they have with their dog through consistent feedback and reinforcement. I work with dogs of all ages and breeds and have extensive knowledge with dogs that have behavioral concerns. On the flip side, I become the student when I attend workshops and seminars to learn new training methods. The field of animal behavior continues to evolve as well as our understanding of how animals learn.

Canine Higher Learning offers group training classes at all levels from basic obedience to advanced and competitive dog sports. We also offer dog behavior consulting for a variety of dog behavior problems including dog aggression, leash reactivity, and child/dog relationships.

I have a lifetime of a wide variety of work experiences from shelter work, pet store work, working as a vet assistant for quite some time, finally attending several dog training schools and then going further for national and international certification. We offer group and private lessons for all ages & breeds. You'll participate in socialization, fun and education. We DO NOT offer punishment-based training including the use of e-collars. Groups classes coach you and your dog on how to work as a team. Topics include Puppy Manners, Adult Manners, Agility, Rally, Tricks, Rally FunGility, AKC FIT DOG, Scentwork, Fetch! and Therapy Dog. Can't attend a regularly scheduled group class? Is your pup too shy or lively to work around other dogs? Private lessons can be scheduled either at our facility or your home. Lessons available for both Puppies and Adult dogs.
