Steph trains everyone to meet dogs where they are! She utilizes force free techniques, whether dogs need a little extra help feeling safe, learning how to play with other dogs, learning how to trust people, or just plain making sure they get their exercise while they are out and about (and coming back when called!) She strives to help people learn how to understand their dog while cutting down on undesirable behaviors. Steph has a particular soft spot for all guard dog breeds, from shepherds to bullies, and especially enjoys working with them. Hi, I'm Bo. I became a dog trainer as a result of adopting Puppy Loki. I had to learn the science of dog training to survive him. So, I know what it's like to struggle with a dog in the household. I specialize in private lessons and work primarily online, so I can work with you wherever you are. I'm also the "economy trainer" because my rates tend to be much lower than other professionals. HFDT offers force-free, reward-based dog training from puppy I to adult reactive "aggressive" dogs. I work with ALL ages, sizes and breeds and tailor classes to promote demonstrable learning, real life skills and a happy dog.

Cheryl specializes in successful puppy raising, but also helps guardians with other dog behavior challenges. She offers in-person and virtual private sessions as well as small group classes and Puppy Day School. Cheryl attended the Academy for Dog Trainers in 2002 and have been professionally teaching dogs and their humans ever since.

Hi I'm Jenn, a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (Knowledge Assessed) with a background in Neurobiology, Physiology, Animal Behavior, and Veterinary Medicine- I was *almost* a doctor. Now I am a PetLife coach, teaching animals and people how to coexist harmoniously at home, in public, and especially at the vet's. When caregivers work together, animals win!

I have been working with dogs since 2016. In 2017 I started a dog walking and pet sitting business and my passion to help families with their fearful and aggressive dogs grew. In 2018 I attended Karen Pryor Academy for Professional Behavior and Training graduating with distinction. My personal dogs have had training challenges that allows me to be empathetic and help personalize my training plans for my clients. I continue to study, take classes, and collaborate with fellow trainers to make sure my clients get specialized training plans to suit their unique needs.
