I started Rad Rover because I want to help those who want to do better for their dogs who wouldn't otherwise have access to this kind of support. Compassion for people wanting to do better for their dogs is just as important as compassion for our animals. Using trauma informed care strategies that I previously learned and used while working in nonprofit housing, I aim to help educate and build relationships with people about their dogs needs. Unlike a lot of local walkers, we are breed inclusive and understand that people are products of their situations and context. The Fairy Dogfather is a certified dog trainer and behavior consultant who offers on-leash walks for San Franciscan dogs facing stress, reactivity, or heightened arousal. My approach is compassionate and rooted in the force-free and positive reinforcement movements. We go beyond a simple walk to create an empathetic and educational experience for your dog. Diane Corso of Prosh Pets offers small off-leash playgroups at dog-friendly parks twice daily, as well as dog sitting in the client's home for regular playgroup clients. She was certified back in 2013 by Dog*Tec (now Dog*Biz) and is current on Pet First Aid. Additionally, she teaches certification classes for San Francisco Dog Walkers.

Hi there! My name is Erik Grow and I've been a dog care professional since 2008, having first worked for other pet care businesses in Marin and San Francisco. I have owned and operated The Good Life Dog Care since 2012, with a sabbatical from 2019 to 2021. I put the safety of your pets above all other concerns, followed next by exercise and socialization. We do a mix of off-leash and on-leash walking so as to make sure all the dogs get enough exercise. It's important to know that your dog is having a good time, so I take pictures and videos during the walk to share on our Instagram page. I offer pet care with a personal touch! For small dogs only. My services include private walks, group walks on and off-leash (since 2005), pet sitting in my home (since 1993), and cat visits.

I have loved animals all my life and feel a connection to dogs in particular. I have been training dogs professionally for 25 years and have been active in the rescue/shelter world for 30 years. I teach owners how to work with their dogs in a positive, fear-free environment and enhance the bond they have with their dog through consistent feedback and reinforcement. I work with dogs of all ages and breeds and have extensive knowledge with dogs that have behavioral concerns. On the flip side, I become the student when I attend workshops and seminars to learn new training methods. The field of animal behavior continues to evolve as well as our understanding of how animals learn.

Wags Paws & Heart is a small-dog, group walking service. We use only positive reinforcement methods for rewarding, focus and fun. We ensure safety in a properly ventilated van. Let’s face it, Dogs Rule!I love dogs and love working with them. Dogs are pure joy! My goal is to give your dog the safest, most fun walk everyday with me. I strive to accomplish this and it is fun doing so. I am extremely vigilant about your dogs safety and am constantly striving towards educating myself on the best force free training methods in order to establish a loving relationship between myself and your canine companion. I train through gaining trust and build strong relationships with the dogs this way. I am not afraid to use treats and love. These are my tools. This means no shock, prong or choke chains or physical punishment. And lastly, we have sooo much fun!
