Heidi started swiShing tails dog training in 2019, bringing 8 years of experience of working with dogs. Heidi provides walking in SF, and boarding and training in SF & the peninsula. She also teaches agility, and competes with both her border collie and beagle in agility and rally. She only uses positive reinforcement and science-based methods in dog training and walking, which is why her canine clients are always excited to go out and play.

Specializing in solo R+ walks, on leash (long lead) for dogs experiencing reactivity and animal communication techniques to assist in understanding your dogs behavioral patterns and individual needs. This approach leads to an outcome of people who feel confident and safe navigating the world with their dogs. Walks are enrichment focused allowing them to use their brain and senses to unwind. For my clients who are actively working with an R+ trainer I am in regular contact with that trainer to support you and your dog’s training journey. I started Rad Rover because I want to help those who want to do better for their dogs who wouldn't otherwise have access to this kind of support. Compassion for people wanting to do better for their dogs is just as important as compassion for our animals. Using trauma informed care strategies that I previously learned and used while working in nonprofit housing, I aim to help educate and build relationships with people about their dogs needs. Unlike a lot of local walkers, we are breed inclusive and understand that people are products of their situations and context. I am a force free dog walker certified through Dog Biz. I've have cared for my own pups for 20 plus years. I offer private and group walks for small to medium size dogs, as well as boarding in my home.

The thought of Courts Canines and Cats started in April 2022. in January 2023 I was laid off from my high tech job and decided to finally open up for business. I grew up with cats, dogs, horses, goats, ducks, birds and more! I have 3 dogs and a rescue cat. 2 of our dogs are Cavalier King Charles' and the other is a Lab/Retriever mix. My lab mix is my daughter's service dog. I went through a wonderful 2 week training where I lived up at Canine Companions in Santa Rosa. I lived, breathed and trained all things related to service dogs. I offer boarding, doggie daycare, dog walking and drop ins for fur babies. I give them a happy safe space with lots of love while you are away.

We do dogwalks 5 times a week . All pets are screened for being safe with people and dogs during initial Phone and in person interview with dog and guardian. Our dogwalking service is at Fort funston in San Francisco, a magnificent park near the ocean. We also provide petsitting . We accept adult dogs ages 1 year and older Dogs for early morning and midday group walks available. Rates are $30- per walk. Join up now while we have spots available!
