My responsibilities include administering oral medication, medical baths, physical therapy, and grooming. Hello! My name is Paul and my dog walking business, The Perfect Pooch, is an owner operated dog walking business established in 2002. I offer force-free group outings to the Walter Hass Dog Park which is an enclosed dog park located in Diamond Heights. I currently have two groups, one in the late morning and one in the afternoon. The main focus of my dog walking business is to make sure that all my clients dogs experience fun & safe playtime each day. I started working in the pet care industry after I took in my grandfather's dog, Roxie. I worked in a small local pet shop, Sunset Pet Supply from 2014 - 2016. I learned all about animal nutrition and wellness. Then I moved into a dog walking position 2017 - 2018. I loved the dog walking so much, I decided to move on and start my own business. I wanted to be able to do more work to help the dogs and their pawrents!

Robert works full time boarding and caring for dogs and other pets such as birds, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, fish, lizards and more. With over 40 years of working with dogs and animals in 2015 he decided to board dogs in order to determine his next 4-legged pal. Unfortunately, or fortunately he was blessed with a lot of business and wonderful clients. His pastime quickly turned into a business of love. Once Upon a Dog Walk is a professional dog walking service for busy, urban, dog owners. Group walks last for a minimum of 90 minutes on the ground. Depending on the order of pickup and location, your pup will be out of the house between 2 - 4hrs. We are licensed and insured in the city of San Francisco and look forward to taking your pup on romps on our coastal trails and beaches!
