We are proud parents to a senior American Pitbull Terrier, a senior Black and Tan Coonhound, two guinea pigs, a Three Toed Box turtle, and lots of fish. We are all animals all the time here, and we wouldn't have it any other way! We provide dog walking and drop in visits from 9:00am until 8:00pm, 7 days per week. We do NOT offer overnight sitting or boarding in our home at this time. We are happy to provide references upon request. We accept payment via credit card, Venmo, Zelle, check, or cash. We hope to hear from you!

Hi there! My name is Erik Grow and I've been a dog care professional since 2008, having first worked for other pet care businesses in Marin and San Francisco. I have owned and operated The Good Life Dog Care since 2012, with a sabbatical from 2019 to 2021. I put the safety of your pets above all other concerns, followed next by exercise and socialization. We do a mix of off-leash and on-leash walking so as to make sure all the dogs get enough exercise. It's important to know that your dog is having a good time, so I take pictures and videos during the walk to share on our Instagram page. As much as I love all dog breeds, I am only able to overnight sit small dog breeds at my home. I also offer drop-in visits for kitties at their own homes (once a day or twice a day visits). I am available for weekly dog walking on Mondays and Thursdays ( 1 or 2 drop ins per day) I am comfortable administering most forms of medication as well as SQ fluids or daily injections at home & other basic vet care.
