My name is Alisha Ardiana. I am a positive reinforcement dog trainer who teaches guardians how to support and care for their dog’s unique needs. My specialty is sensitive, reactive, & adolescent dogs. I offer private training and adventure hikes. I can help you expands your social village with client meet ups. I even will take you & your pup to my local bar to practice being in public.

Joyful Dog works one-on-one and in group classes with people and their dogs, teaching fun ways to live together with force-free tools and techniques for creative communication. We provide training in basic manners, behavioral problem-solving, puppy socialization, and a variety of special interests. Our positive approach includes Connection, Cooperation, and Control™, a curriculum founded on Suzanne Clothier’s Relationship Centered Training techniques, and Tellington TTouch® methods of body work and movement, to help dogs achieve physical and behavioral balance. We serve an online clientele, as well as in-person in Leesburg, Loudoun and western Fairfax counties in Virginia.

Connie Ko, Certified Professional Dog Trainer, Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) specializes in puppy socialization, basic manners training, and confidence-building for shy and fearful dogs. We provide online service dog training throughout the US, with both group and private lessons, taught LIVE with a trainer providing individualized coaching. We also offer private lessons, day training, and board-and-train in Hadley, MA, and the Pioneer Valley.

Pat Miller is a Certified Canine Behavior Consultant and Certified Professional Dog Trainer. She offers classes, behavior modification services, workshops and academies for trainers at her Peaceable Paws 80-acre training facility in Fairplay, Maryland, and presents seminars worldwide. She has authored “The Power of Positive Dog Training,” “Positive Perspectives,” “Positive Perspectives 2,” “Play With Your Dog,” “Do-Over Dogs,” and “How to Foster Dogs,” and “Beware of the Dog,” and is training editor for The Whole Dog Journal. She shares her home with husband Paul, three dogs, five cats, three horses, four chickens and a pot-bellied pig. All training at Peaceable Paws is force-free.
