Hi, there! I am a CPDT-KA credentialed, Fear-Free Certified dog trainer living and practicing out of San Francisco. I have an extensive background in the shelter and rescue world, and am also very passionate about purebred dogs, breed-specific behavioral traits, and helping urban dogs find activities that ignite their genetic strengths and talents. I am proud to use only rewards-based, motivational training methods. I train in a way that is fluid, exciting, and highly engaging, ensuring that every dog I work with WANTS to learn. My special areas of interest include puppy development, leash skills, reactivity, fears and sensitivities, cooperative care, scentwork, and general household skills.

Cheryl specializes in successful puppy raising, but also helps guardians with other dog behavior challenges. She offers in-person and virtual private sessions as well as small group classes and Puppy Day School. I specialize in helping you raise your puppy or kitten in the urban & suburban environment and meeting your individual companion’s unique needs. I offer 1-hour behavioral consultations on any topic to help you understand your pet’s behavior and needs at any stage of life. I work remotely and offer online training plans on a monthly subscription basis. You are in control of the process and my coaching will help you formulate and reach your goals!

Hello! I'm a registered veterinary technician with a passion for medicine and would love to help watch your fur baby. As much as I love all dog breeds, I am only able to overnight sit small dog breeds at my home. I also offer drop-in visits for kitties at their own homes (once a day or twice a day visits). I am available for weekly dog walking on Mondays and Thursdays ( 1 or 2 drop ins per day) I am comfortable administering most forms of medication as well as SQ fluids or daily injections at home & other basic vet care. I live in the Lower Pac heights, SF and would like to stay local to SF. I would love to get to know you and your babies, let’s chat if you would like to use my services.
