I have owned and operated The Good Life Dog Care since 2012, with a sabbatical from 2019 to 2021. I put the safety of your pets above all other concerns, followed next by exercise and socialization. We do a mix of off-leash and on-leash walking so as to make sure all the dogs get enough exercise. It's important to know that your dog is having a good time, so I take pictures and videos during the walk to share on our Instagram page. I started working in the pet care industry after I took in my grandfather's dog, Roxie. I worked in a small local pet shop, Sunset Pet Supply from 2014 - 2016. I learned all about animal nutrition and wellness. Then I moved into a dog walking position 2017 - 2018. I loved the dog walking so much, I decided to move on and start my own business. I wanted to be able to do more work to help the dogs and their pawrents!

On the flip side, I become the student when I attend workshops and seminars to learn new training methods. The field of animal behavior continues to evolve as well as our understanding of how animals learn.
