My name is Stephanie, and I am a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner with 14 years of experience working in the veterinary field. I have a bachelor's degree in Animal Biology from the University of California, Davis, accreditations in low-stress handling, Fear Free, and more. I love to learn and go to training, veterinary, and behavior conferences to stay up to date on the most current information on training methods, anxiety, and aggression. I specialize in helping pets with anxiety and aggression during vet visits, and I love teaching owners how to help their pets gain confidence in previously frightening environments.

Our focus is one on one care for dogs (and cats) that may struggle with traditional care settings and group care environments. I started dog sitting after noticing a gap in the market. Daycares juggling numerous clients at can’t possibly cater to each dog’s unique needs. I commit to ONE dog at a time and providing individualized, structured care. Your dog will never be subjected to yelling, yanking, or punishing. I lead with compassion and gentleness - an approach they deserve. I provide care at my residence, offering 24/7 supervision for SA pups, exercise, and frequent photo updates. Hi everyone! My name is Naomi Roxas I've been a dog walker in San Francisco for the last 5 years. I started out working for a dog walking company the first 4 years and in February of 2019 I decided so start my own dog walking coverage business! With my previous company it was always stressful to ask for time off and I found that to be the case for other business owners as well. As a graduate in Psychology from SF State, I find taking time off for self care to be very important and I feel as though that is something many walkers have not had the opportunity to enjoy. Once Upon a Dog Walk is a professional dog walking service for busy, urban, dog owners. Group walks last for a minimum of 90 minutes on the ground. Depending on the order of pickup and location, your pup will be out of the house between 2 - 4hrs. We are licensed and insured in the city of San Francisco and look forward to taking your pup on romps on our coastal trails and beaches!
