We are the connellys. I’m Jen. Stay at home mom and pet obsessed. My husband, Matt, is a truck driver and loves hanging out with our fur friends when he’s home. We have one 12 year old princess, our daughter, mckayla, who all of this was born from. We watch pets to help pay her competition dance fees. We all love pets and have two pups of our own. Our 4 year old goldendoodle, Mia, and our 7 year old jack russel, Toby. We have a 1/3 acre privacy fenced backyard and though our house is small, it’s filled with everything a dog could want or need. They have full run of our home and we make sure they have the best possible stay!

Canine Higher Learning offers group training classes at all levels from basic obedience to advanced and competitive dog sports. We also offer dog behavior consulting for a variety of dog behavior problems including dog aggression, leash reactivity, and child/dog relationships.

I was certified as a CPDT-KA and taught basic and intermediate skills in group classes for 17 years. Since the pandemic, I work with dog owners privately. I am a strong believer in the efficacy of positive reinforcement and continuously educate myself to strengthen my understanding of dog behavior. Teaching practicable solutions for impulse control related issues like jumping, excessive barking, leash pulling, etc are just the beginning of helping to create good communication and a strong bond between the dog and their families. Our founder is a CBCC-KA (Certified Behavior consultant-canine) certified by the CCPDT, as well as a IAABC member. Dogs are family to us.

Hello, I'm Aline from Brazil! I love animals and dogs are my passion. Four years ago I saved a dog that was abandoned on the highway. He was an old golden retriever and he was very sick. He lived with me for almost two years under medical treatment but unfortunately He passed away. I believe Dingo came to my life to teach me what real love is about, and also to make my love for animals grow stronger. I miss taking him for walks 3 or 4 times a day in the quiet neighborhood where I lived in São Paulo. I believe walking dogs is a job that can fulfill me with joy and passion. I'm here to make your dog as happy as I made Dingo!

I am a SF SPCA certified private trainer. After 11 years of working at the SF SPCA I branched out full time on my own. I offer basic training, leash reactivity training, and have a lot of experience with puppies. I also provide pet sitting in your home as well as training while I stay with your dog or puppy.
