Hello, I'm Lisa, a CPDT (Certified Professional Dog Trainer). I worked for a decade in humane societies. I train via my own business. In the past, I've worked as a trainer at Wag Hotel (classes), Zoom Room (classes and private training) and most recently Peninsula Humane Society (classes and behavior consults). I use positive methods. Action Dog! specializes in off-leash Adventure Hikes around the East Bay Regional Parks and is committed to offering a reliable, dependable, and affordable dog walking service to people who want their dogs to enjoy life as much as possible. Our hikes are fun, we encourage dogs to be themselves and sniff, play and explore safely. We positively reinforce good behavior, and provide dogs an outlet for healthy socialization as well as daily practice of basic commands and trail etiquette. I have been a dog walker, sitter and have boarded dogs for over four years. I have taken care of senior dogs, large breed dogs, puppies and adolescents. I volunteered at an animal shelter where I took many dog handling workshops and am Fear Free certified and first aid CPR certified. I use a positive reinforcement, partnership based, compassionate tuning in approach when walking or otherwise interacting with dogs. I strive to meet the physical and emotional needs of animals through sufficient attention, affection, exercise, and exposure to nature.

I started dog sitting after noticing a gap in the market. Daycares juggling numerous clients at can’t possibly cater to each dog’s unique needs. I commit to ONE dog at a time and providing individualized, structured care. Your dog will never be subjected to yelling, yanking, or punishing. I lead with compassion and gentleness - an approach they deserve. I provide care at my residence, offering 24/7 supervision for SA pups, exercise, and frequent photo updates. Hello, my name is Dieuwke van der Velde, I am a positive reinforcement dog trainer in San Jose, CA and owner of Orion Dog Training. I got my credentials through the Animal Behavior College where I did my internship at the Humane Society of Silicon Valley. I teach online for Sirius Puppy and recently opened a small training center in West San Jose where we offer safe socialization classes for puppies, group classes in basic obedience , puppy agility and tricks.

Jan Marinelli is a Positive Reinforcement / Force Free dog trainer located in the Summerville, South Carolina region. Jan believes that her work is to help dogs and their humans communicate more clearly to each other for the enrichment of their lives together. Throughout this work, she offers support and encouragement to both canines and humans to learn new behaviors through healthy play, lots of praise, and practice. Jan has successfully completed Pat Miller's Level 1 training. She is also a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers, and is an American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen trainer and evaluator.

Owner/Operator of my small business since 2004. I have no internet presence and have run my business by word of mouth all these years.
