We are the connellys. I’m Jen. Stay at home mom and pet obsessed. My husband, Matt, is a truck driver and loves hanging out with our fur friends when he’s home. We have one 12 year old princess, our daughter, mckayla, who all of this was born from. We watch pets to help pay her competition dance fees. We all love pets and have two pups of our own. Our 4 year old goldendoodle, Mia, and our 7 year old jack russel, Toby. We have a 1/3 acre privacy fenced backyard and though our house is small, it’s filled with everything a dog could want or need. They have full run of our home and we make sure they have the best possible stay!

I volunteer at the SF SPCA Shelter Medicine, specializing in shelter pets that require medical attention and care in stressful conditions. My responsibilities include administering oral medication, medical baths, physical therapy, and grooming. After nearly 30 years teaching high school, I retired to work with animals. I am certified through Animal Behavior College as a Dog Walker, Pet Sitter, and Zookeeper Assistant. I am also a Certified Dog Trainer through Petco. I have two small dogs, a 12-year-old Spitz and a 3-year-old Border Terrier. I’ve been a pet mom for the past 25 years of both dogs and cats. I have also owned fish, mice, hamsters, and a rat. I LOVE animals, and I will care for yours as my own.

Nancy started taking dogs to the beach and on day hikes when she and husband Pearce moved from Skylonda to Menlo Park. With degrees in Psychology, Parent Education and Early Childhood Education Nancy is capable of using learning theory as is applies to humans as well as dogs. Trained in Behavioral Psychology and professional dog pack management, Nancy is also certified in Pet CPR and First Aid and is a graduate of DogBiz Professional dog walking.

Steph trains everyone to meet dogs where they are! She utilizes force free techniques, whether dogs need a little extra help feeling safe, learning how to play with other dogs, learning how to trust people, or just plain making sure they get their exercise while they are out and about (and coming back when called!) She strives to help people learn how to understand their dog while cutting down on undesirable behaviors. Steph has a particular soft spot for all guard dog breeds, from shepherds to bullies, and especially enjoys working with them. I have been an in-home trainer of dogs and puppies in the Greater Baltimore area for 29 years.
