Owner/Operator of my small business since 2004. I have no internet presence and have run my business by word of mouth all these years. I love my job and respect all the dogs and clients that have come into my life. I love partying with my pups and do my utmost to show them a good time while keeping them safe.

Steph trains everyone to meet dogs where they are! She utilizes force free techniques, whether dogs need a little extra help feeling safe, learning how to play with other dogs, learning how to trust people, or just plain making sure they get their exercise while they are out and about (and coming back when called!) She strives to help people learn how to understand their dog while cutting down on undesirable behaviors. Steph has a particular soft spot for all guard dog breeds, from shepherds to bullies, and especially enjoys working with them. Polite Pooches offers group classes and private training sessions utilizing positive reinforcement, force free methods only. We offer puppy classes through advanced manners. All private sessions & group classes are held at our safe, quiet, clean training center in Forest Hill, MD. All of our trainers have achieved at least their CPDT-KA certification. We teach using humane methods, and go at a pace each dog is comfortable with.

Truth is I love dogs! Big, small, furry, bald, stinky or clean I love them all. I will cherish each as my own. I am just staring out and would love to start by walking them, then possible dog sitting in my home. I have owned a bulldog, and cocker spaniel in my life so far. I am pet free at the current time. Prior to dog sitting, my pet care experience includes fostering rescues with Wonder Dog Rescue, Grateful Dogs Rescue and the SF/SPCA shelter. I also have experience as a volunteer dog walker at the SF/SPCA. I have experience working with dogs with a wide range of issues including: seniors, dogs with medical issues, including trauma and abuse/neglect. I have a special love for my work with fostering rescues, as well as walking shelter dogs. It’s an honor to have helped save the lives of many dogs. I currently work from home, have two children and prefer crate-trained dogs.

Newman's Dog Training, Walking and Pet Sitting has been serving the Kansas City Metro since 2011. Owner, Jena Newman, is a former zookeeper who trained exotics like elephants, sea lions, gorillas and more. After her time at the KC Zoo she decided to take her training into dog clients homes and created NDT. Runaround Hound Dog Walking Service provides top quality Dog Walking and Pet Service throughout the San Francisco, CA area. We are currently looking to fill up our pack for afternoon walks. Runaround Hound is ACC trained through Four Legged Fitness Mentorship and Training Program. Also licensed, experienced, Pet First Aid Certified by the American Red Cross and insured by Pet Sitters Associates, LLC up to $1,000,000. Our primary concern is your dog's happiness and safety. Daily walks are over an hour long and designed with your dog in mind. On each walk, positive reinforcement techniques are used to strengthen basic training. All groups enjoy lots of exercise and fun in a safe environment.
