I started working in the pet care industry after I took in my grandfather's dog, Roxie. I worked in a small local pet shop, Sunset Pet Supply from 2014 - 2016. I learned all about animal nutrition and wellness. Then I moved into a dog walking position 2017 - 2018. I loved the dog walking so much, I decided to move on and start my own business. I wanted to be able to do more work to help the dogs and their pawrents!

Ruffin' It Pet Sitting Services
San Francisco, California Servicing: San Francisco County
Over 20 years experience! Dogs, cats, small pets & reptiles and some farm animals. I became a full-time traveling house sitter in July 2020 and have thoroughly enjoyed this as I love to travel and staying in different homes to care for their pets. I work remotely as an insurance auditor so I am home often. Outside of work, I enjoy running, cycling and swimming as I used to compete in triathlons.

FearLess Dog Training
San Clemente, California Servicing: San Clemente, CA
My name is Chris Durrant, CPDT-KA. I am a Professional, Certificated Dog Trainer. I specialize in fear and reactivity in dogs. I truly enjoy solving companion dog behaviors and teaching people how to do so. I love and understand dogs on a deep level - how they learn and think, what makes them happy and attentive and what causes them to act out. Whether your dog pulls on leash, chews up the furniture, barks at other dogs or is fearful of things, I can help. My training techniques are designed to be fun, build confidence (for you and your dog), and change behaviors quickly and effectively. I take pride in offering force-free, scientifically proven methods.

San Francisco, California Servicing: NOPA, Alamo Square, Corona Heights, Ashbury Heights, Buena Vista, Lower and Upper Haight, Duboce, Pacific Heights and other nearby neighborhoods
Dogs love me and I love them. I've had dogs most of my life. I adopted my current dog at the SPCA in May 2020. My last dog was from Guatemala, where I served in the Peace Corps. I will treat your dog as though they're my own. We take long walks daily and go to the park. They can use the fenced yard during the day while supervised. I have a $1 million liability insurance policy for sitting, boarding, and walking. I also have an SF business license and Commerical Dog Walker License. I walk a maximum of 8 dogs at a time, the legal limit with a license (max is 4 without a license.) I use a waist belt leash system and carry a first aid kit. I have dog beds, a small crate, and toys.
