My goal is for you and your pup to have fun during the training process. Even though training is a commitment that takes effort and time, and sometimes we are working to address difficult challenges with our pups, I hope you look forward to our sessions. By educating you and applying positive reinforcement in working with you and your dog, I seek to foster lifelong trust, improved communication between you and your dog, and joy in your relationship together. I'm a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner, and in the process of working towards my Control Unleashed Certification. I love continuing my education so I can be a better trainer for my clients and for my own dog!

I am passionate about helping folks learn more about their dogs so that they can meet their needs. When this is a priority , mutually respectful relationships build a foundation for a harmonious household. I also adhere to LIMA which is an acronym for the phrase “least intrusive, minimally aversive.” https://m.iaabc.org/about/lima/ I am certified CCPDT-KA by an independent organization CCPDT which requires continuing education, and a Pat Miller Certified Trainer (PMCT.) I am a professional member of the Pet Professional Guild (PPG) and the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT) and adhere to their standards. I am a supporting member of the IAABC.

I have been dog sitting & caring for pets for well over 30 years. We started our paid sitting in 2012 when our son wanted to pet sit to raise money for a school trip. I feel like our pets are more like children and are an expansion of our family. They deserve to showered with love, kindness & patience. I was raised in the country where we cared for a myriad of farm animals. I have worked with veterinarians assisting during surgery, medication administration and training. While I am not a paid professional trainer I have trained our last 3 dogs (2 Huskies and a Lab). I love the opportunity to meet new people and fur children and look forward to spending time with them throughout the day.

I specialize in boarding dogs under 20 pounds in my cozy studio, which opens up to an enclosed backyard, and a large front yard with a pretty garden. With years of experience, I have a special affinity for both energetic pups and senior or special needs dogs, including those who are blind or deaf. I prioritize creating a comfortable and familiar environment, offering a free practice night for all new clients. Hi, Everyone! My 30 year background in Public Health, Mental/Behavioral Health and trauma-informed practice supports and informs my animal communication practice and healing work with animals. I am trained in 18 different different healing modalities, as well as animal communication. I specialize in nervous/anxious/fearful animals and can support your dog on the physical, emotional and behavioral levels. My animal communication skills allow me to speak with your dog, find out what is up and identify methods to support them. I also speak with animals who have crossed over. It provides tremendous peace to my clients. I excel at what I do and I love my work!

We specialize in online training and support for dogs with fear, aggression, and reactivity, and their people. We focus on a collaborative approach with our clients, to improve their quality of life, and their dog's. We offer one-on-one training, online group classes, and a monthly training membership.

We are the connellys. I’m Jen. Stay at home mom and pet obsessed. My husband, Matt, is a truck driver and loves hanging out with our fur friends when he’s home. We have one 12 year old princess, our daughter, mckayla, who all of this was born from. We watch pets to help pay her competition dance fees. We all love pets and have two pups of our own. Our 4 year old goldendoodle, Mia, and our 7 year old jack russel, Toby. We have a 1/3 acre privacy fenced backyard and though our house is small, it’s filled with everything a dog could want or need. They have full run of our home and we make sure they have the best possible stay!
