The Dogs Will Rise Modern Dog Training is a VSA Certified R+, positive reinforcement dog trainer focused on the care, training, and safety of dogs and their families. We offer Family Dog Mediation and handle all breeds and ages. We offer In-Home Training, Virtual Training, Dog Walking, and Drop-In Visits.

I started Rad Rover because I want to help those who want to do better for their dogs who wouldn't otherwise have access to this kind of support. Compassion for people wanting to do better for their dogs is just as important as compassion for our animals. Using trauma informed care strategies that I previously learned and used while working in nonprofit housing, I aim to help educate and build relationships with people about their dogs needs. Unlike a lot of local walkers, we are breed inclusive and understand that people are products of their situations and context. I am an IAABC certified dog behavior consultant and a licensed Family Dog Mediator who works with families to meet the needs of both dogs and humans. I specialize in reactive and aggressive behaviors and will help you understand why your dog is behaving a certain way, so we can work together on the positive changes that need to be made.

We are helping San Francisco’s pet owners whose dog/cat struggle with leash reactivity, social anxiety, fear, shyness, are seniors, and/or sick. We tailor each pet’s plan to their unique needs to minimize their triggers. Our approach is patience, building trust with your pet, providing a safe environment, positive reinforcement, and lots of love.
