The thought of Courts Canines and Cats started in April 2022. in January 2023 I was laid off from my high tech job and decided to finally open up for business. I grew up with cats, dogs, horses, goats, ducks, birds and more! I have 3 dogs and a rescue cat. 2 of our dogs are Cavalier King Charles' and the other is a Lab/Retriever mix. My lab mix is my daughter's service dog. I went through a wonderful 2 week training where I lived up at Canine Companions in Santa Rosa. I lived, breathed and trained all things related to service dogs. I offer boarding, doggie daycare, dog walking and drop ins for fur babies. I give them a happy safe space with lots of love while you are away.

I have had dogs all my life the 22 years I grew up in The Netherlands. When I moved to San Francisco I felt that this was my calling; working as a professional with and for dogs! I have a psychology degree from The Netherlands, and finished the dog walking course before starting my own business. After that I wanted to learn more about dog psychology and training, so I took an intense course at a training academy. Every day I love my job more. The dogs are so happy and their gratitude makes every day a great day. My main goal is having as much fun with my pack as we can so that they can return home well satisfied from great exercise!

I have a lifetime of a wide variety of work experiences from shelter work, pet store work, working as a vet assistant for quite some time, finally attending several dog training schools and then going further for national and international certification. Diane Corso of Prosh Pets offers small off-leash playgroups at dog-friendly parks twice daily, as well as dog sitting in the client's home for regular playgroup clients. She was certified back in 2013 by Dog*Tec (now Dog*Biz) and is current on Pet First Aid. Additionally, she teaches certification classes for San Francisco Dog Walkers.
