Hi yall! I've been professionally walking dogs since 2017. After two years of working for another company I took the leap and started my own company in early 2019. I focus on giving dog owners happy, healthy and tired pups! I offer off leash, group hikes all over Redwood Regional Parks and across Oakland.

Based in Oakland, Cali - our flexible Training options combined with our small *Group Hybrid Training/Hiking Adventures, we'll teach your dog the desired skills using only Positive Reinforcement & Force Free methods in highly enriching environments. The thought of Courts Canines and Cats started in April 2022. in January 2023 I was laid off from my high tech job and decided to finally open up for business. I grew up with cats, dogs, horses, goats, ducks, birds and more! I have 3 dogs and a rescue cat. 2 of our dogs are Cavalier King Charles' and the other is a Lab/Retriever mix. My lab mix is my daughter's service dog. I went through a wonderful 2 week training where I lived up at Canine Companions in Santa Rosa. I lived, breathed and trained all things related to service dogs. I offer boarding, doggie daycare, dog walking and drop ins for fur babies. I give them a happy safe space with lots of love while you are away.

I started Rad Rover because I want to help those who want to do better for their dogs who wouldn't otherwise have access to this kind of support. Compassion for people wanting to do better for their dogs is just as important as compassion for our animals. Using trauma informed care strategies that I previously learned and used while working in nonprofit housing, I aim to help educate and build relationships with people about their dogs needs. Unlike a lot of local walkers, we are breed inclusive and understand that people are products of their situations and context. Heidi started swiShing tails dog training in 2019, bringing 8 years of experience of working with dogs. Heidi provides walking in SF, and boarding and training in SF & the peninsula. She also teaches agility, and competes with both her border collie and beagle in agility and rally. She only uses positive reinforcement and science-based methods in dog training and walking, which is why her canine clients are always excited to go out and play.
