With multiple behavior and training certifications, including a KPA-CTP & Master's in Animal Shelter Management, and over a decade of experience, owner & operator Kiyoka (“Kiyo”) Tamesue is not just any dog trainer.

Emily has been working in San Francisco as a certified dog trainer and walker for 15 years. She offers group walks for dogs who enjoy being around other dogs and people. She is experienced in helping with basic obedience and puppy training, as well as behavioral concerns, fear and aggression.

Dogs In Harmony specializes in early puppy development and training. In Harmony School puppies under the age of 4 months develop solid foundations for a lifetime of learning. In this day school, we fully utilize the critical socialization stage to positively introduce sounds, objects, textures, handling and teach appropriate social behavior.

Dogs 'N Action is located in west Texas. Teresa Tuttle, owner, has been working with dogs over 25 years. In 2014 we finally made a full time gig. We are reward based and fear free. Our goal is to help humans and their dogs live harmoniously and happily. We offer group classes and in-home private lessons in the Midland/Odessa area.

We use humane, effective training based on the latest scientific evidence. Our protocols are set to you and your dog up for success. Hi! I am a positive reinforcement, fear-free certified trainer (CPDT-KA, FFCP). I started on this journey years ago by volunteering at an animal shelter. I have always had a deep love and passion for dogs. Their loyalty, companionship, and unconditional love have always fascinated me. So, it was only natural for me to turn my passion into a business. Twelve years ago, I decided to start a dog walking business. I wanted to provide a reliable and trustworthy service for pet owners who needed someone to care for their furry friends when they couldn’t be there themselves. I focused on building my credibility and knowledge. I attended dog training and behavior classes to understand how to handle different breeds and temperaments. Additionally, I obtained certifications in pet first aid and CPR to ensure I could provide the necessary care.

Steph trains everyone to meet dogs where they are! She utilizes force free techniques, whether dogs need a little extra help feeling safe, learning how to play with other dogs, learning how to trust people, or just plain making sure they get their exercise while they are out and about (and coming back when called!) She strives to help people learn how to understand their dog while cutting down on undesirable behaviors. Steph has a particular soft spot for all guard dog breeds, from shepherds to bullies, and especially enjoys working with them. I am a SF SPCA certified private trainer. After 11 years of working at the SF SPCA I branched out full time on my own. I offer basic training, leash reactivity training, and have a lot of experience with puppies. I also provide pet sitting in your home as well as training while I stay with your dog or puppy.

Polite Pooches offers group classes and private training sessions utilizing positive reinforcement, force free methods only. We offer puppy classes through advanced manners. All private sessions & group classes are held at our safe, quiet, clean training center in Forest Hill, MD. All of our trainers have achieved at least their CPDT-KA certification. We teach using humane methods, and go at a pace each dog is comfortable with.
