HFDT offers force-free, reward-based dog training from puppy I to adult reactive "aggressive" dogs. I work with ALL ages, sizes and breeds and tailor classes to promote demonstrable learning, real life skills and a happy dog.

Dog Speak Services is owned and operated by Julia Alexander, KPA-CTP. Julia is a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner (KPA-CTP), having graduated with distinction. She focuses on how to help you help your dog succeed, keeping things as simple as possible, and flexibility. My goal is to reduce your stress and help you achieve your goals! Connie Ko, Certified Professional Dog Trainer, Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) specializes in puppy socialization, basic manners training, and confidence-building for shy and fearful dogs. Founded in 2014, Pawsitopia provides Truckee, CA pups with humane and ethical science-based private training services and group adventure walks.

I grew up living with and loving dogs. When my kids were young I hired dog walkers and was always curious about the job. In 2013, we got our dog Lily and I became and licensed dog walker and started A Walk in the Park. Since then I've done group walks at Fort Funston, Bernal Hill, Stern Grove and McLaren Park. I also do doggie daycare and boarding in my home in Noe Valley. I love spending my days outside with dogs and feel very grateful to do this work.
