Runaround Hound Dog Walking Service provides top quality Dog Walking and Pet Service throughout the San Francisco, CA area. We are currently looking to fill up our pack for afternoon walks. Runaround Hound is ACC trained through Four Legged Fitness Mentorship and Training Program. Also licensed, experienced, Pet First Aid Certified by the American Red Cross and insured by Pet Sitters Associates, LLC up to $1,000,000. Our primary concern is your dog's happiness and safety. Daily walks are over an hour long and designed with your dog in mind. On each walk, positive reinforcement techniques are used to strengthen basic training. All groups enjoy lots of exercise and fun in a safe environment.

My home is your fur babies home! I have 10 years professional experience with animals. Your pup will be in safe caring hands!

I only board dogs that are enrolled in my daily group walks. I walk dogs of all shapes and sizes even though my profile says I only walk small dogs. I don't know how that happened or how to change it.

In 2000, as the creator of Give a Dog a Bone, Corinne pioneered environmental enrichment for dogs in long term shelter care. In developing and managing her program, she gained invaluable experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, dogs with diverse behavior issues, and dogs who simply needed a leg up to rejoin their community. Using force free, science based training, Corinne wants to see your dog learn with enthusiasm and enjoyment. She does one-on-one training, coaching, socialization, behavior consults, and outings for those dogs who find their world challenging. Her skill set includes basic manners, foundation skills, reactivity, and shy/fearful dogs. She boards sm or sm/med dogs.

I am passionate about helping folks learn more about their dogs so that they can meet their needs. When this is a priority , mutually respectful relationships build a foundation for a harmonious household. I also adhere to LIMA which is an acronym for the phrase “least intrusive, minimally aversive.” https://m.iaabc.org/about/lima/ I am certified CCPDT-KA by an independent organization CCPDT which requires continuing education, and a Pat Miller Certified Trainer (PMCT.) I am a professional member of the Pet Professional Guild (PPG) and the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT) and adhere to their standards. I am a supporting member of the IAABC.

At Dodger's Paws, our goal is to help people on their journey to having well-behaved and enjoyable dog family members. We think everyone should experience the connection that positive dog training brings, and how it results in living with a wonderful and cherished dog.

In 2011, Walkin’ the Dog SF opened for business in San Francisco to provide private walks on leash in clients’ neighborhoods. After many years of tackling hills, my knees have convinced me to change the focus of my business to assist clients who have dogs with separation anxiety. I am available to stay with dogs in their homes when their family members need to go to work, go to medical appointments, and/or take care of everyday responsibilities away from home. I pet sit for some clients on a fixed schedule, but I also have flexible hours.

Ariel has been working with animals since she was a child, and has been professionally training dogs for 5 years. She joined the Pet Professional Guild (PPG) in 2017. She is one of the less than 10 trainers in the US to earn the prestigious title of Professional Canine Trainer (PCT-A) from the Pet Professional Accreditation Board. Service dog training is what she is truly passionate about, but she also offers basic training, trick training, and therapy dog training! Ariel has also served in the military (USAF) and volunteered with local fire and EMS departments. She now has her Golden Retriever, Padme, working as a service dog to assist her day to day.
